Timings

• Park Entry: 10:00 AM onwards
• Closing Time: 7 PM (Timings may vary on special event days)

Entry & Tickets

• Each ticket is valid for one person, one day only
• Tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable
• Re-entry is not permitted after exit

Prohibited Items

• Outside food & beverages (including alcohol) are not allowed
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas
• Pets are not permitted inside the park
• Sale, promotion, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited

Dress Code (Important for Water Rides)

• Only nylon/polyester-based swimwear is allowed for water rides
• Allowed: T-shirts, shorts, swimwear, Bermudas
• Not allowed: Sarees, churidars, jeans, formal wear, loose clothing
• Proper attire is mandatory for hygiene & safety

Ride Safety

• Follow instructions from lifeguards & ride operators at all times
• Height & weight restrictions apply for select rides
• Some rides may be restricted for:
  • Pregnant women
  • Heart patients / high BP
  • Guests with medical conditions

Children Policy

• Children must be accompanied by adults
• Parents/guardians are responsible for children’s safety

General Conduct

• Maintain discipline in queues
• Avoid offensive behavior or unsafe actions
• Intoxicated guests will not be allowed entry

Security & Liability

• All bags are subject to security checks
• VGP is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
• Management reserves the right to:
  • Deny entry
  • Remove guests for misconduct
  • Close rides due to safety or technical reasons

Photography & Media

• Photography & videography for personal use only
• Commercial shoots require prior approval
• Entry implies consent for photography/video usage by VGP

Additional Guidelines

• Pools are shallow — no diving allowed
• Follow all displayed safety instructions
• Wear proper swimwear for all water attractions

Special Note

• Management may modify rules without prior notice
• Guests are advised to cooperate for a safe and enjoyable experience
