Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Note:
Guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with park staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
1. Ticket Cancellation Policy
- Tickets can be cancelled only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the visit date and time.
- Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the visit date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take up to 10–15 working days, depending on banking timelines.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
- Once cancelled, the original ticket/booking ID will become invalid and cannot be reused.
2. Modification Policy
- Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Modification requests within 48 hours of the visit date may not be accommodated.
- Any price difference during rescheduling must be borne by the guest.
3. General Policy
- Guests must present a valid booking confirmation (digital/printed) at the time of entry.
- Entry is permitted only during official park operating hours.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry if valid ticket proof is not presented.
- Children below a certain age/height (as per park policy) may be eligible for complimentary or special pricing.
4. Management Rights
- VGP Wonder World reserves the right to:
- Cancel or modify bookings due to technical, safety, or operational reasons
- Deny entry or remove guests in case of policy violations or misconduct
- In case of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options may be provided.
5. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
