TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Tickets can be cancelled only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the visit date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take up to 10–15 working days, depending on banking timelines.
NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS
- Tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the visit date or in case of a no-show are non-refundable.
- Partially used or unused tickets are not eligible for refund.
- Management will not be responsible for unutilized bookings.
TICKET VALIDITY
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time at the time of booking.
- Entry is restricted to one person per ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the park.
TICKET TRANSFER
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- Any misuse of tickets may result in denial of entry without refund.
EVENT / PARK CHANGES
- VGP Wonder World reserves the right to:
- Modify park timings
- Close rides for maintenance or safety
- Change or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, suitable alternatives or updates will be communicated where applicable.
SAFETY & RIDE POLICY
- Guests must follow all ride instructions, safety guidelines, and staff directions.
- Height, weight, and health restrictions apply for certain rides.
- Guests with medical conditions, pregnant women, or those advised by doctors should avoid high-intensity rides.
DRESS CODE POLICY
- Appropriate attire is mandatory for entry and rides.
- For water rides:
- Only nylon/polyester-based clothing or swimwear is allowed
- Not allowed:
- Sarees, jeans, formal wear, loose or unsafe clothing
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly not allowed inside the park:
- Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
- Smoking outside designated zones
- Sale, promotion, or distribution of materials
- Unauthorized photography/videography for commercial use
- Misconduct, unsafe behavior, or use of abusive language
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- The park is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused due to negligence
SECURITY & MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
- All bags are subject to security checks at entry
- Management reserves the right to:
- Deny entry or remove guests for rule violations
- Close any attraction without prior notice for safety reasons
MEDIA CONSENT
- Entry into the park implies consent to be photographed or recorded
- VGP Wonder World may use such content for promotional purposes without compensation
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
- By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to abide by all terms and conditions
- Rules may be updated or modified without prior notice
