Note:

Guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with park staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Ticket Cancellation Policy

• Tickets can be cancelled only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the visit date and time.
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the visit date will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing may take up to 10–15 working days, depending on banking timelines.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.
• Once cancelled, the original ticket/booking ID will become invalid and cannot be reused.

2. Modification Policy

• Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Modification requests within 48 hours of the visit date may not be accommodated.
• Any price difference during rescheduling must be borne by the guest.

3. General Policy

• Guests must present a valid booking confirmation (digital/printed) at the time of entry.
• Entry is permitted only during official park operating hours.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry if valid ticket proof is not presented.
• Children below a certain age/height (as per park policy) may be eligible for complimentary or special pricing.

4. Management Rights

• VGP Wonder World reserves the right to:
  • Cancel or modify bookings due to technical, safety, or operational reasons
  • Deny entry or remove guests in case of policy violations or misconduct
• In case of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options may be provided.

5. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
